A co-founder of Nurture, Uchi has significant experience in investment research, fund management, private equity and agriculture in Africa. Prior to founding Nurture, Uchi held senior investment positions in leading investment institutions.

Prior to joining the Nurture team, Mark has been affiliated to CC Sales since 1994 via a subsidiary and was appointed CC Sales Harare branch manager in 2003. Mark has vast experience in cattle production, genetics and has been integrally involved in the cattle industry over the last 20 years.

General Manager of Livestock Identification Trust and Zimbabwe Herd Book and Administrator of Livestock and Meat Advisory Council, Mario is an expert in animal breeding, tractability, administration and has vast experience in agricultural education. Mario has been integrally involved in research and industry bodies in the agricultural sector over the last 30 years including smallholder education.

Tatenda is a leading commercial lawyer and is the founding partner in Mawere & Sibanda one of Zimbabwe's largest commercial law firm.
Administrator
Taurai is a vastly experienced Administrator with over 15 years of experience covering both general and financial administration. Prior to joining Nurture, Taurai has worked in both the NGO and private sector, in industries that include the arts, publishing and financial services
Financial Controller
Ketsia is an experienced Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in Management Accounting, Audit and Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Nurture, Ketsia worked in the Telecommunication and FMCG Industries.
